Pressler And Pressler - Lying, Deceitful Company doing Mail Fraud Parsippany New Jersey

My intention is to educate and alert others. First off even though Pressler describes themselves as "counsellors at laws", evidence points to the contrary.

The first piece of evidence comes from their letter. Even though their top 21 people (including Maurice and Sheldon Pressler) is listed at the top of the letter, there's no titles following their names. It's normal for doctors to have PhD and DDS following their names, an accountant would have CPA after theirs and lawyers would have titles after their names, but never with Pressler. Even James D Padgett, who signed one of the letters, doesn't have a title listed anywheres.

Pressler represents their client, New Century Financial Services. I've never received letters from New Century, but I have received payment envelopes from Pressler and addressed to them. I find it very strange that an alleged law firm is allowed to collect a debt since only a collection firm may buy the title to a debt.

Pressler represents other collection agencies (e.g. Palisades Collections) who haven't posted the $5,000 bond to do business in NJ. (So far I'm unable to determine whether New Century has posted their bond).

I believe New Century Financial Services to be a shell company and Pressler and Pressler to actually be a collection agency.

I have passed on information to the Post Office and the FTC about the mail fraud which Pressler has done with me and I will help out others on Ripoff Report regarding Pressler and other collection agencies.

As a tip for everyone who's having a problem with Pressler, check with Legal Services.
