This lawyer at Pressler is filing motions to strike answers or for summary judgment and falsifying affidavits of service. He will claim that he served discovery on a defendant in a debt collection case and then move for judgment based on the defendant not responding. Only problem is that the papers were never sent. Mr. Stiller seems to think that since he is an attorney the court will assume he is not submitting fraudulent affirmations. Well this seems to be Mr. Stiller's modus operandi. Anyone being sued by this firm should check the dates on affidavits of service and other documents in their file.
