I have been with Prestige Financial Services for about six months now and unfortunatly I still am. I have had many run ins with this company about paying my payment "on time". Like I read in another report, regardless the circumstances, they expect you to have your payment in no later than a certain time on a certain day, no matter what.

For instance, on Thanksgiving, I received no call prior to the holiday which was when my payment was due. So, since not receiving a call or having any information to disclose that they were closed I waited until the following day. Once I did I was told that my payment was considered two days late. I argued and told them that wasn't fair since they gave me no indication of it being late. Still it didn't matter and they said it would effect my half of a percent drop even after paying on time for three months consecutive.

Again, I was called just like another lady at 11 a.m. and told that the payment was going to be pulled from my account. I knew it was due and I told her that I needed to go to the bank which was thirty minutes away. She said that was fine and to just call her back and tell her it was okay to withdraw and it would be fine. After getting into town and checking my account I called her and of course received a voicemail. (I hardly call there with a responsive live person) So, I left my name and told her to go ahead and pull the money from my account like we spoke earlier in the morning.

I receive a call TWO days later saying my payment is LATE and that I didn't leave enough information for the payment. I argued with this lady, who wasn't my account representitive, telling her that I wanted to talk to my account rep. In a haste, she got rude and told me to hold. Once back on the phone, she tells me her manager says it was my fault for not leaving the appropriate information. Please, tell me, how was I supposed to know I was to leave every last detail about myself on a voicemail when I was told to "just call back and say to withdraw"?

These people are looking for any way to rip me off my half percent every three months and they're not even nice about it! I am SO fed up with this company and I've dealt with many car loan lenders (about five) that this is the rudest yet. I would NEVER have done business with Prestige Financial Services if I'd have known they would try to rip me off for being a good customer and paying my payments (that are ridiculously priced) every month. DON"T GO WITH PRESTIGE FINANCIAL SERVICES!!! THEY ARE A RIP OFF!!!
