Ordered a refurbished Motorola razr cell phone, received the phone and the charger wouldn't work, back wouldn't stay on, bought a new charger from T-Mobile, phone would not hold a charge. Returned cell phone via USPS per company policy. Company gives evasive answers on the refund (It has been taken out of our accounts??) when asked how I would receive the refund.
