Pricego.org RMA #7410 - 8GB IPOD NANO CLONE California and/or New York INTERNET

On December 10th 2008, I ordered an 8GB IPOD NANO and a data cable and a wall charger from PRICEGO.ORG. I thought this was an APPLE IPOD NANO because it looked just like it and came in all the colors, mine was yellow, the color my daughter wanted for christmas. I was told that there would be a 15% restocking fee should I decide to return the item.

On December 20h, I logged into the PRICEGO.ORG. web-site to show my daughter what I had ordered for her since i would not be with her on Christmas. This is when I realized what I had ordered was not an APPLE IPOD NANO. What made me realize this is that an adware popped up about IPOD NANO CLONES. My duaghter and I then began to verify that the IPOD I had ordered was not the APPLE IPOD NANO. I immediately emailed PRICEGO.ORG. to tell them that I did not want the product and asked PRICEGO.ORG. for a contact phone number.

PRICEGO.ORG. responded that I could not return the item until I received it because I had to get the RMA# from the package contents. I received the product and opened and emailed PRICEGO.ORG. to say that I had received the product and now wanted the RMA# and form so that I could return for a refund of my money. This is when PRICEGO.ORG. told me the RMA # was the same # as the order #, meaning I could have not accepted the package and just returned to PRICEGO.ORG. but they had instructed me that I had to open the package to obtain the RMA#. LIE!

I obtained a contact phone number for PRICEGO.ORG. from PAYPAL.com, 1-347-320-2958. I have called this number several times and left a message. No response ever! I returned the product via USPS with delivery confirmation #1307 1910 0000 1812 9092. PRICEGO.ORG received the returned items on January 5th. I have emailed numerous times asking for a refund. PRICEGO.ORG now says that they do not give refunds, only exchanges! PRICEGO.ORG will not even acknowledge receipt of the returned items and give me an exchange.

PRICEGO.ORG ignores my request to obtain a phone number so that I can contact a live person. Here it is over two months since PRICEGO.ORG received my returned items and they will not respond and have not given me my money back nor even acknowledged receipt of the items they received with the delivery confirmation number. Please help me get my money back. I have noted several complaints on the internet regarding PRICEGO.ORG and realize that not just me, but several people have been ripped off by PRICEGO.ORG. Thank You
