Pricego.org XMAS PRESENT CLONE FROM PRICEGO.ORG - OBVIOUSE THEFT Internet

On December 10, 2008, I ordered what I thought was an Apple Ipod Nano from PRICEGO.ORG. On December 20th, 2008, I was browsing the Internet and showing my twelve year old daughter her christmas present I had ordered from PRICEGO.ORG when an adware popped up displaying an add about IPOD NANO CLONES!!! This is when I realized what I thought I had ordered was not what I wanted and I immediately contacted PRICEGO.ORG to tell them to cancel and refund my money. They responded that I would have to wait until I received the item to get an RMA#, the whole time, PRICEGO.ORG knew the RMA# would be the same as the order #. I received the item and contacted PRICEGO.ORG via email to tell them I needed an RMA# and a contact phone #. They responded that my RMA# was the same as my order # and ignored my request for a contact phone #. I sent the items I had ordered from PRICEGO.ORG back to them via USPS with a delivery confirmation number and again paying the price for shipping and handling. PRICEGO.ORG received the item and I contacted them with the delivery confirmation number and asking for the upteenth time for a contact phone #. PRICEGO.ORG again ignores my request for a contact phone # and tlls me tha they do not give refunds, only exchanges, they never even acknowledged the fact that when I had ordered the items they had said there would be a %15 restocking fee, now they don't do refunds? All of a sudden their policy has changed. PRICEGO.ORG has not once acknowledge receipt of my returned items worth $93.63 not counting the return shipping and handling of items they received almost two months ago!?!?!?! Please, they seem to think this is a joke. They owe me this money, they have their returned items, i have the usps deliverery confirmation that they received the returned items on January 5th! And if it is true that they do not give refunds, which is totally the opposite when I purchased, then why do they not even ackrnowlege receipt of the returned items and politely offer to exchange??? I want my money back and I would like to sue these PRICEGO.ORG people for theft!
