i ordered a book from this company, i then saw on a site that they had been taking extra money out of peoples accounts and charging more than once for products ordered, i decided to cancel my order, now i cant get in touch with them to ask them when they are refunding my money into my account, their phone number does not ring through, they have nowhere to send an email to, and i cant get in touch with them to ask them my question, i feel something is not right here and they could be scamming people due to the number of complaints and not being able to get in otuch with them
