Primal Health Merrittt wellness center, Austin Texas Did not provide 5 free email reports included with purchase of Blood Pressure Solution, Dr. Marlene Merritt, Austin Texas

In High Blood Pressure Solution we are told on p. 67 to refer to Members Area to access “The 99 Foods that Naturally Lower Blood Pressure.”  We also are told this is one of 5 reports included when ordering High Blood Pressure Solution.  

I have not received any of the promised downloaded reports and three people from Primal Health  have told me they emailed them to me...all courteous..but nothing received.  I am frustrated as I want these reports.  Primal Health, I know, has my correct email, as I continually receive additional solicitations from Dr. Marlene.

Why didn’t they mail me the hard copies of these reports when they mailed me the booK instead of all this farting around. Dr. Marlene,s book is well written and organized.  This incompetent Customer Service damages her reputation. Please tensure I get the reports I purchased.
