Prime Health Taking money out of account without permission Dyer Indiana

My dad orderd some supplements from a company that comes up as (Prime Health). There phone number is 855-380-7455. On August 8, 2018 I seen where this company had charged my dad shipment of 4.95, but they took it out twice within seconds of one another and also took out an extra .07 twice. So as Aug 8 we are at 10.04. I look on my father banking information and on September 14, 2018 this company took out 89.97 twice on top of an extra .72 twice. They did 4 different transactions. My father called them and the supervisor said he would be putting back 180.00 into his account. I go to check his account again today (September 19, 2018) and come to find out instead of putting money back into the account they have pulled out 94.94 twice on September 18, 2018 at 12:12 am. Two separate withdrawls again. So as of today this company has pulled 379.86 out of my dad's account. They are using his credit card as a free atm and pulling money out of his account left and right. I spoke with them on the phone today and they don't want to refund the money. They tell me they can only refund half the money. This company is a scam and a rip-off. Do not give them your information or they will clear out your account. They need to be stopped.
