Prime Lending - Tony Trungale The worst home buying experience ever!!--!! Austin TX

We recently bought a home in Austin, TX and decided to use Prime Lending as our mortgage broker.

We decided on a home and set the close date out for 6 weeks. We sent every information that was requested by the broker which consisted of all the normal information, appraisal, financials, tax information etc.

The day before closing the bank stated that they had concerns with the appraisal and started asking for loads of financial information at the 11th hour which was next to impossible to provide. The bank stated that they did not get any of this information that the broker typically provides until a few days before which resulted in the delay.

Our closing was delayed and all of our furniture sat on trucks outside the home we were buying waiting for the broker to send the information they should have collected early on. Asking for this information the day before is simply unacceptable stress to a buyer and seller.

At the end of the day we were out thousands of dollars and so were the sellers of the home.

I escalated the issue to the president of Prime Lending and was quickly bumped to a "Handle the Problem" gentleman. He stated that the Loan Officer, Tony Trungale, who made around $8,000K on the deal would not give us one cent for his incompetence and accepts no accountability to the disaster. We did not even get an apology.

At the end of the day, I am completely disastified customer and recommend with every core of my body that Prime Lending and particuarly Tony Trungale provided the worst buying experience of my life!

I warn consumers to avoid working with Prime Lending.
