Prime Solutions Prime Documents Did not honor refund for accounts they were unable to repair Santa Rosa CA

Prime SCAM Solutions.  I hired Prime Solutions  over three years ago, enrolling 4 different accounts into their program,  and  they were only able to get 1 cleared from my report.  Upon signing up, the salesman for the company told me that any account  they were unable to get taken off my credit would be reimbursed, so not to worry. 

They made this crystal clear, because that was a deciding factor for me to join (and at the time, they also had a great rating with the Better Business Bureau). Apparently though, that was a big lie. The last representative I spoke to clearly insinuated to me that I’m not the only one who was promised this, but  with the contract they have you sign, your basically screwed.

I’m not an attorney, but I definitely should’ve hired one. Stupid me - absolutely... Still doesn’t change the fact that they’re scandalous. What they say upfront, and what they do, is entirely different. They are thieves.
