Princeton Afeez, aka owner of Evita parties, goes by many, many names. He rips off customers, yes, but he also scams young people into working for him for free. He cycles through dozens of young people new to Hollywood (mainly pretty girls, but some young guys too) by promising them the world, or whatever it is they want, and never paying up. The young people usually last a month or less, then he has about ten more lined up. 

He promises them full time pay, then convinces them that their work is simply not up to par (but it could get there). This is a LIE. He will never pay. He does not have any money. Which is why he has a shitty apartment, a pay-as-you-go phone, and no car. 

Whenever his promises fall through, he calls the girls (or his customers) fat, ugly, etc. Meanwhile, he is a fat nigerian man...

Why is he able to continue like this? Because he hides behind fake online profiles of girls who do not even exist. He poses as pretty white party girls or models, and convinces customers to pay him that way. He also uses them to convince young girls to work for him, acting as a successful ex-employee of his who "made a 40-50k salary with him" and even "slept in bed with him" because he is so "hot and sexy".

The guy is a full on CREEP. He is a PREDATOR. He preys on young girls for their work and uses them for their bodies whenever he can take advantage of them. STAY AWAY.
