Prize Candle Prize candle Ordered Prize candles on Dec 8th 2016 and check was cashed on Dec 9th. Tried calling and e-mailing California

Show customers why they should trust your business over your competitors...
I ordered 3 candles from Prize candle. I paid with card for candles. They cashed the check on Dec 9th. Today is Dec 20th. So I wrote to prize candle.com that;s all there was. Came back could not reach that e-mail.
Then I read on line about some other people getting no candles either. I can't even pull up their page anymore,but they are still on facebook as of 20 min ago. I'm hoping to get them but if not my money back. Well when on dissability this is not good for me. Even though it was $37 and change! Thanks Angie brookpark Ohio

Prize Candle ripoff

On Dec. 9th I ordered $85.00 worth of candles and have not received them either. The money has been taken from my bank account but nothing to show for it. I hope the people who own the company can sleep at night after ripping so many people off. Also, I hope they have a Bah Humbug Christmas. I am on fixed income and this has really upset me.
We know they are guilty of fraud or they would have not shut down their website and phone.
