This post is being set up to make the people at probike kit smarten up. While they are an online store and have a nice website, they fail to realize the meaning of basic customer service. The free shipping is nice and we have always gotten our merchandise. BUT...they have a habit of slow shipping very very slow shipping. We have ordered over seas weeks after with others and there products always arrive first!? Our guess is they are taking orders for items they say are in stock that are not.


Fine..thats there business, what is TOTALLY UNACCEPTABLE and downright RUDE is that they send orders weeks go by you email them and they fail to respond back!? Yes I said fail to respond back. We have bought thousands of dollars of items from PBK but will probably take our business elsewhere pay a little more and get what we would say better service. It seems they have forgotten how they started when they used to serve a customer. Now getting an email back is harder than finding a bone marrow match. The only email you ever receive is after they process your order which automated. They also process your order in British pounds and their site shows all currencies but when you do the conversion its never exactly what you thought you were paying. Its not a lot of money but its off. They are not a bricks and mortar store and claim they wont price match!? So I ask anyone if you cannot get a response back and be treated like a customer, and you can find the same products online at at better price why shop there!? My advice use their site for what you want to buy and shop elsewhere. These people simply do not give a rats a**.
