I ordered a work out bench from this vendor. He (Jim Moore) promised via phone that the bench would be shipped within 24 hours and I would receive the bench by UPS (United Parcel Service) within a week. He also promised he would have a UPS tracking number sent to me via email within 24 hours.

After the original purchase, I contacted Jim Moore by email several times and talked with him by phone at least 3 times stating I needed a UPS tracking number. His excuse was "there must be something wrong in the back" as the reason the bench had not yet made it to shipping. He said he would call back each time, but the last time he guaranteed a call back within 30 minutes at which point he would give me a tracking number. No call back occurred within 30 minutes or any other time frame.

After 17 days of no response, I told Jim Moore by email that I wanted to cancel my order. I received an email reply within 10 minutes stating he would be filing legal action against me cause I was "stealing" his equipment. According to him I stole the equipment which was never sent to me in the first place. He also copied all future emails to his in-house (same domain) attorney email address. I replied by email that I never received the product or a UPS tracking number. He once again replied saying I was stealing the product and told me to cease all future communication.

My research: The phone number on his website traces to a cell which appears to be a Phoenix phone number. The area code on the phone is Phoenix, but the physical address is located an hour and a half from Phoenix. 2693 N Industrial Rd # C, Prescott Valley, AZ 86314 is the address of the business I filed complaint against. After visiting the BBB of Arizona, I found I am definately not the first to file a complaint against this company. I also was told by Jim that a refund was immediately processed to my credit card. That was a lie cause I called my creditor and they researched saying no credit was pending. Lastly, why would a fitness distributor have an attorney on standby? I also noticed that the emails from the attorney were immediate and had the same verbiage and tone of the emails from Jim Moore. Split personalities came to my mind... or maybe the same person sending emails from two different email accounts.

My final thought... Stay Away from this guy and this company!
