Pro Safe Secure Identity theft scammers nationwide Internet

 I too woke up this morning to find my checking account overdrawn.  Thankfully, I hadn't written or used that account in over a month so it was obvious something was up.  I found a payment of $329.oo to Pro Safe Secure, which I had never heard of, for $329.00. 

I called the company to see what this was about and was told that it was my 'automatic' renewal for idenity theft protection.  I made it clear that I am not in any position for this kind of service. Nobody would want my identity , unless they want to pay bills.  The representative told me that they would issue me a refund for the order and I would get it within 2 weeks.  I told them that I had never placed any order and I want my money NOW.  My relationship with my bank has been for over 25 years and they pay everything, knowing that I will make it good on the same day, if I am overdrawn.

Needless to say, I went to my bank to STOP payment but that was allready to late because the item had been paid.  The bank manager looked at rip-off report and that's where I was told about this site and informed that it was defeinitly a scam to gain my money.  I am lucky that it was caught immediately and the bank will reverse the charge, but that could take about 10 days.  I am very, very upset.  I do NOT have negative activities on my baking and now I must wait 2 weeks until my next paycheck to have a positive balance at the bank because of this.

I hope these people are caught and pay dearly for the inconvenience they cause to people.  I believe that the charge will be eventually reversed for me but it is aggrevating.  WHERE did they get my information?
