Pro Safe Secure, Pro Safe Secured tried to cash a check for $329 that was not authorized by me or my husband. Nationwide

I received an email from my bank stating there was a check written against my account for $329. I tried to stop it prior to being cleared, but was not successful.  Luckily the amount of the check was more than in my account so it didn't go through anyway.  Today, 4Jun15, i was able to get a copy of the check.  It stated it was for pro safe secure.

The check didn't have the correct name or address on it, also there was NO signature.  Signature area stated that the "draft was authorized by your depositor No Signature need."  I called the number and learned that the company hours are 10am til 5pm, and if I have a problem go to their website, prosafesecure.com.  When i attempted to do this, google also brought up Ripoff site information.  I was not able to go to pro safe website it kept telling me not validated site.
