Proactiv Solution Kept sending stuff and billing my card Des Moines, Iowa

I sent for a ONE TIME offer from these people.  I wanted to see if the product would work.  I looked at all the bottles touted for different things for facial blemishes and IT'S ALL THE SAME ACTIVE INGREDIENT.  To make matters worse these rip off artists started billing me monthly for product.  They have snooty people in there who are not interested in the fact that they have deceptive advertising practices.  When I went back to their web site I discovered to my dismay that by using my card I was actually signing up to be ripped off!  I thought it was a one time thing, but lo and behold, it says that they will have access to my account and have full intentions of sending this garbage out all the time!  It's crap, it didn't work, all the different bottles had the same d**n thing in them, and they started draining my card.  In order to get my money back I have to return the product at my expense with return receipt requested and then wait for months to get a refund check.  They are pissed because I am instructing my bank to refuse to allow them access to money. IE no more charges will be accepted from them. Proactiv tells me that if I do that, that they can't REFUND money to my account!  What BS.  They can DEPOSIT any money in my account, they just can't WITHDRAW it.  Seems like they want me to leave them access to my card, so they can continue to rip me off.
