CDI box I purchased stopped working right after it was installed. I contacted customer/technical support and they talked me through checking a few things. When none of that worked they said to return for warantee and gave me an RGA# to return it with.

Here it is 6 months later and they have not sent a replacement part. They will not answer my emails, and I can not get on the phone with anyone to help me. I have sent several emails and the person I talked to will not respond back.

I have sent more emails through their website with no response. I have the tracking number where they recieved my part (the person I have been emailing also called me a few days after they recieved it and said they were checking it out right then and should have an answer soon). No corresponce since then.

I still do not have my original (broke) CDI box or the replacement for it. I am guessing they repaired it and sold it to someone else. What a joke. Don't buy from these guys!!!
