This is a complete joke!!  I made the HUGE mistake of ordering a trial order.  I then received two additional shipments since I was "automatically" added to their program.  I tried to cancel it and could never get through to the customer service line.  They never answered the phone!! I also sent two requests via the webiste.  I finally disputed the charges with my credit card company.  The credit card company then got someone on the line by calling their order phone number.  The gal was rude and basically told me I could not return the unopened product. That is not what their terms and conditions state.  Luckily my credit card company was recording the conversation and the company realized they had no choice but to agree to allow me to return the product.  Now let's see if they actually refund my money!!  COMPLETE RIPOFF!
