 So signed up for free trail of prodermagenix anti-wrinkle serum through a 'coupon' and 'freebies' site via facebook (freeflys.com) - ordered Aug. 11 and after NOT receiving product and only having 2 days left of trial, I called to cancel and requested refund which the woman (poor English - difficult to understand) declined stating she will simply extend the trial 2 weeks and blamed it on the postal service. I called 1 week later AGAIN to cancel and get a refund which I AGAIN got woman (poor English - hard to understand - sounded just like the first girl) blamed the postal service and refused refund again telling me to allow more time. Now I'm out to share this experience as this is getting out of hand. BUYERS BEWARE. If you are reading this I'm sorry - it's probably too late!  DONT BUY - not even the trial!

PRODERMAGENIX A pop up occurred as a reward for doing a survey on line. Turns out they would give you a free sample for shipping charges. I foolishly gave them my charge card number. They charged my card $129 for a crap bottle of their stuff, which by the way is ineffective. They said you had to cancel in 20 days if you checked the box. I did not check the box purposely but they still charged my card. internet

Then if customer liked would be on a monthly automatic order for $89.00 per month. Instead they charged my credit card the shipping fees and the $89 two weeks later.
