We entered into a contract with Dan Heskett to purchase a home in Burleson, Texas. The contract was signed and the first deposit was made into his Chase account. That deposit was for $1000.00 of which I have the receipt.

The house was to be taken off the market when we gave him the $1000.00 of which he did not do. We went by the house to check on it and found people living in it.

After we contacted Dan he stated he had sold the home to someone else and he would be refunding out money. He stated he would have Chase refund it and then he blamed Chase for the mistake, at that time Dan stated he would bring the money to our home and he stood us up. We have yet to see that money or Dan.

This man needs to be stopped from stealing from people. We have to work for our money so why shouldn't he.

I know what you will say Dan, don't tell me to contact you for our refund because you will lie like you have so many times before.  Dan Heskett, Dan Joseph or whoever you are should seek out some help because you really do need it.

I will be more then happy to meet you at the Police Department to get our $1000.00!

Watch out for this snake because he will take the money and run!
