This company is a scam, they steal your money.  I contacted this company for my move from Winter Haven FL to Tampa Fl. They gave me an estimate of $474 and had to pay $79 deposit.  They told me that they would be there between 2pm and 4pm. They showed up at 8:00pm and here is where they started ripping me off, the driver came into the apartment and looked at what I had in the apartment, went back to the truck and did'nt come out until half hour later telling my husband that it would take between 6 to 7 hours to pack everything and the total price was $768. The complex security showed up and told them that after 10pm it was not allowed to move anything because of the noise so they told me that it was not going to be possible to do it that day, I flipped, their "supervisor" a lady called Jen called me, her phone number always showed like a private number and said that they did'nt know the complex rules and that they could'nt move nothing that day, that they were coming the next day and because they were coming back it would cost me $200 dollars more.  Here is when I started arguing with this lady, and I told her that I didn't have the amount of money that they were requesting, besides that they were charging me for something that had nothing to do with me because they never showed up on time, they ended up charging me a cancellation fee of $550 plus $79 deposit and I ended up renting a truck and doing it my self because they took my money without consent.  The contract says the the card will be charged only for the deposit.  I hope nobody else gets into my situation. I had to borrow money from friends to complete my rent that month.

These people are scumbags just looking to take your money.
