professional moving solutions moving company that operates a bait and switch on a daily business probaly 95 percent of their business tampa, Florida

My name is Joe and I have know the owner of professional moving solutions for over four years and thank God I only worked for this guy for a couple of months. I was the lead foreman and know everything about how this company basically runs a bait and switch operation. For example they get leads from the internet then they have their sales reps make the calls. The sales reps are salespeople and lie more times in a day then they sit down. They will promise your unbelievable bull, they will tell you that they have professional movers that can move 3 or 4 bedroom houses in 3 or 4 hours.

They make it sound like you are really getting a great deal but they are setting up to screw you out of double or triple or even more then they estimated over the phone. Now I will explain how this happen , I show up they foreman with a stack of papers that has to be filled out prior to starting work after I have walked around the house/ apartment. Basically the first 5 pages releases them from claims on anything. Then comes the really fun paperwork. There is a paper for packing materials, everthing made of glass must be bubbled wrapped and boxed , mattresses and boxsprings must be covered with mattress covers, sofas and loveseats must be shrink wrapped and furniture pads must be tape to all wooden furniture.

The cost for these packing materials are going to runs hundreds sometimes thousands of dollars. After the foreman shares this wonderful news he is to also tell the client how long it is going to really move them not 3 or 4 hours 7,8,9,10 plus hours and the client is charged by the hour plus packing materials, now your 3 hundred moved has just turned into 12 hundred dollars. I am not making things up, this happened everyday. God help you if your moving out of state, the packing materials double, they charge by space ( or cubic feet) and this space always double or triples.

A 3 thousand move easily turns into 6 thousands or quite possibly more, once again this happened everyday. Most people call and want to cancell the job but they are told their deposit is non refundable and they are going to be charged a 550 cancellation fee. Not only does the company screw over all their clients they also steal from the workers. Never once was my check accurate, this piece of work even had me drive a commercial vehicle on a daily basis without even having me insured.

I will get even with these pieces of craps, I am working on letters to send to the depatment of transportation, the department of agriculture, the labor board and the I.r.s. . If you are wondering if I actually worked at this company look at their one or two good reviews they do have I am the same Joe that they talk about. Even though people were getting screwed I could comfort them the only way I knew how by doing a good job.
