 I Reported a missed paid from a small charge i made that way they could charge me to my bank acct Company name: Proficient City Limited Company Reg

On the 10/8 2015   have sent this game company a ticket noticeing a charges i have made but not go true my bank acount so i give then my bank card account that way they can charge me to my acount the 2 small charges of 9.99 to my acount so they did make the charger the next day i sent another ticket ask then why they add warning to my game they already have charge me for the game malfauntion  after 3 days ask then to remove it now I try to log in to the game I'm banned.

so all they said to sent then screenshots i kept telling then my laptop does not do screenshots they wont fix the game its full with glitches and bugs.
they wont hardly reply to my tickets i get ingored here is my bank statemnet here was my most recent charges before they banned me from the game
