Programs Depot Program Scam Miami Fl

I ordered and downloaded office 2010 from programsdepot on 14 Sep 2016 it downloaded fine but when I opened outlook all the aaccess folders wouldn't open. I tried everything so I contacted support and they told me they only assist with the download itself and that I should contact microsoft they were only resellers. I did contact Microsft and indeed they would help for an hourly fee. I hung up andimmediatly called for a refund and not one but 2 reps told me they would expedite the request it would take 48.

That was because they had to contact Microsoft for prmissiom and thats when I became more than a little caustious. I started call yesterday 21 Sep 2016 and am stll call the phone answers and say that I should call during normal business hours which I have been calling they no longer repond to my emails. I have started complains with both BBB and the Consumer Division if the State of Florida. The address is the Miami Tour and I sincerly doubt that a program reseller if thats what they are could even afford a janitors closet in that building so I am pretty sure thats bogus. For everyone who reads this how do we stop this.
