Programs Depot sold a bogus windows 7 program for $55; their ofc location on website says Florida but direct numbers is listed in Georgia, automated system is on repeat, when you send them a direct message POWERED BY LIVE CHAT, all the message does is reverts back to your own personel email address Miami Florida

This company is a scam, I purchased Windows 7 Professional Suite at $55, indeed it was inexpensive but I figured since it was an older version thus explained the deep discount.. Boy was I wrong, the deep discount is so you can buy it and they send some bogus directions to download here, then another set of directions to download to a USB/disk, neither worked.

On their website it has the icon for Live chat/support, but once you click on it a window pops up saying theyre unavailable so just leave your comments and they will get back to you, funny the very 1st time i did it I actually got a response back at 7:29pm that night saying try a updated download link, (i didnt try it, i was already convinced they are a scam).

So the following morning at 9am (their hours listed is for 9am-8pm) all morning i repeatdly called the number only for the automated system to say "I've reached program depot after hours", interesting that I am calling 9am central time, and your supposdly located in Florida the office shouldve been open, I would assume.

So I keep calling all the way til 11am, finally they changed the automated systm now the phone rings auto system picks up and says put in ext your trying to reach, or press 0 for operator, tried 0 first only for an answering machine to say party at extenstion 101 cant be reached, so then I called back and just started punching in random numbers to reach a extension, of course the only #ext that works is 101, and that party cant be reached...

So that concludes they only have 1 extension and no such of an operator nevermind the fact that there's no one there to answer the phone... but there's surely someone there to collect my credit card info...

I contacted the office nurmerous times, via their email, phone number(s) etc... and no avail. I noticed on there site after placement of my order and numerous attempts to reach them that their address in Florida (as though thats where the office is located), but one of there direct numbers (not toll free), is in Georgia, 1 (678) 626-1819;

Needless to say I will be disputing this charge with my credit card company. Its a shame people work hard for there money and these people are just sitting in a room  just scamming people out of their hard earn cash. Of course after all emails sent, voice message left I have not heard from anyone.. They'll hear from my credit card company then.
