Progress Residential Progress is unethical and frudulent company that nickle and dimes theri tenants for money and dont hold up their end of the contracts. I have been fighting with them regarding a malfunctioning refrigerator that has not only caused me to lose hundreds of dollars in spoiled and rotten food since June 2017,  Indianapolis Indiana

Progress has charged me for a refrigerator repair on an appliance that is still not functioning properly now for 5 months and has cost me over 600.00 in spolied and rotten food, of which they never tried to even offer some sort of credit or resolution for the issue. Now they are charging me for the repair and labor and Im not responsible for neither of those. I also have been sude for Ocotober rent when I paid and i deducted the appliance fee they are charging me and since then they have decided to not only return my payment but sue for non payment of rent which isnt right. Its sad that this company can continue to get away with ripping off the same people that keep them in business.
