Progressive Business Publications International Credit Recovery Unbelievable Malvern, New York

Recieved  a phone call at work regarding International Credit Recovery planning on taking my Employer and myself to court for a uncollected debt were I supposedly agree to a subscripition which when I found out they were selling something I told them I wasn't interested.But because they had gotten my name and business name and address,that supposedly makes you liable because that is personal information! that means I agreed (what!)and I owed them $195.50 for this .I have never recieved a newsletter nor a bill and all of a sudden they are going to sue.I told the credit recovery rep  that this was a scam I never agreed,never saw an issue never saw a bill,nothing and I have to say I went off on her.The employee that I was talking to agreed that is was a scam and the next time I got a phone from a telemarketer to hang up,not to say anything. I was going to pay because I didn't want my employers to think I was an idiot and that I wasn't capable of holding the position that I have because I let them be taken to court for non payment of a bill and how dare I put it in the company's name!!!. When I told the rep that I would pay because I didn't want anything to come back onto my employer but they would have to accept payments, she said that she would have to talk to her Mgr. because they normally don't deal with individuals just companies and that they always work with creit cards or debit  and I told her no way that that was happening.She was to call me back the next day,in the afternoon I hadn't received a call so I called her and asked what the status on my making payments and she said that Progressive retracted the bill I owed nothing!!!!! Unbelieveable!!!!!! I started looking online for this Progressive compnay and this Credit company and I found them with multiple complaints against them. Checked out Failuremag.com and found Ripoff Report.com .
