Progressive Business Publications Scam, Ripoff, Bogus purchase Malvern Pennsylvania

We have been contacted several times in the past week from Valerie representing a collection agency called International Credit Recovery stating that Progressive Business Publications has turned our company in to them for failure to pay for safety newsletters that were ordered and sent to us. The collection agency claims that Progressive Business Publications has send us 4 notices trying to collect payment. Not only have we never received any newsletters from this company, we have not received the notices either. The collection agency also will tell you the birthdate of someone who works in your company and states that Progressive Business Publications uses that birthdate to confirm the order you supposedly placed. I researched the BBB and found over 500 hundred complaints against Progressive Business and over 100 complaints against International Credit Recovery. When we informed Valerie that Progressive Business Publications is a scam and that she and her company would be considered accessories to perpetrating a scam she said she would no longer be contacting us. I researched International Credit Recovery and learned that they are a collection agency for companies who try to scam people out of money in this way. I am now contacting the Attorney General and BBB to file complaints.
