i cannot get Promag Energy to stop calling me despite already having made a service appointment for next spring for my new system. One caller even said my warranty will be violated if I didn't make an appointment now. This is false according to the manufacturer of the system. I continue to get calls from the company and each time its someone different who has no clue that I already have an appointment.

After 5 more marketing phone calls and one ostenibly from corporate headquaters, I had a meeting with the local office manager and was assured the calls will stop. Let's find out.
