Promag Energy Group /JD Harris Overpriced and doesn't deliver what is promised on contract Orlando Florida

I paid for a new a/c system.  A 1 1/2 ton 16 seer for energy efficiency.

They installed a 2 ton and they did not file for a permit until I continually pressured them (2 months). They failed inspection and before they could fix the issues, the unit froze up. No leak, but defective valve in Rheem air handler. Rheem refused to help, owner of Promag was nasty and just wanted to fix it.

The unit is only 4 months new and I wanted a new air handler. When reviewing the warranty registration, the unit is only 13 seer. So now my electric bills will be high which means I OVERPAID for the system for energy efficient 16 seer.

This will be a legal situation..DO NOT USE PROMAG ENERGY GROUP FOR ANY PRODUCT.
