Pronto Auto Insurance is the worst insurance company that I have ever delt with. My husband and I were on involved in a vehicle accident on May 28, 2015. This Insurance belonged to the person who hit us. I’ve been calling them since day one and they’ve been giving me the run around. I left messages, they never returned my calls, and answered the phone. After calling so many times to Pronto Insurance, I finally get an answer. This insurance is refusing to repair the full damages to my car. I’ve been trying to get them to repair the AC in my car ever since it died off the day after the accident. The AC was working perfectly fine before the car wrecked. The insurance company believes that the AC not part of the accident. This Auto Insurance also refuses to give me a car rental while my car is in Clerk Chevrolet Collision Center. It’s been almost three month since the accident and they are barely going to work on my car next week. How the hell am I supposed to get around if I don’t have a car?!

 

Customers beware of this Pronto Auto Insurance they take too long to repair your car, refuse to cover the full damages to your car and refuse to give you a car rental!

Pronto Auto Insurance is the worst insurance company that I have ever delt with. My husband and I were on involved in a vehicle accident on May 28, 2015. This Insurance belonged to the person who hit us. I’ve been calling them since day one and they’ve been giving me the run around. I left messages, they never returned my calls, and never answered the phone. After calling so many times to Pronto Insurance, I finally get an answer. I talked to someone to ask them why they haven't returned my calls. The only excuses they can say is that we have been calling you and sending letter through US Mail, which I never received neither one of them.  This insurance is refusing to repair the full damages to my car. I’ve been trying to get them to repair the AC in my car ever since it died off the day after the accident. The AC was working perfectly fine before the car wrecked. The insurance company believes that the AC not part of the accident. This Auto Insurance has also refuses to give me a car rental while my car is in Clerk Chevrolet Collision Center. It’s been almost three month since the accident and they are barely going to work on my car next week. How the hell am I supposed to get around if I don’t have a car?! Another thing I forgot to mention is that they can’t even get the color of my car right. My car is GRAY, NOT GREEN!
