Propolene - Obesity Research Institute SCAM UNAUTHORIZED CREDIT CARD CHARGES Advertised $29.95 for 2 bottles charged $89.85 for 1 bottle REFUSED to make right Reno Nevada

TV advertisement for Propolene diet pills stated buy 1 bottle for $29.95, get one free. I thought, "Even if it doesn't work, it's worth a try for only $29.95...". Well, I was wrong.

In the phone conversation they NEVER mentioned a price other than the $29.95, yet when I received the product, I only received one bottle and was charged $89.85 instead of the advertised $29.95.

When I called customer service, they tried to tell me that the ad I called on was not a "buy one get one" ad! As if I wouldn't KNOW what ad I called on!!! Then they claimed that the customer service rep had to have told me that it was $89.85, even though the rep did not! He tried to convince me that "maybe I just didn't hear them!"!

The representative that I spoke to was totally uncooperative and said there was nothing he could do for me.

I will be filing a complaint with my credit card company and changing my credit card number since it appears from other testimonies here that they will be attempting to charge my credit card again, even though I denied their offer to continue receiving product each month.

I would be interested in joining a class action lawsuit if any one is interested....

It is a shame that this had to happen. I tried to give them a chance, and if the product worked and if they had been honest and up front I would have continued to purchase their product, I would have even told family and friends about them... Instead, now I have totally lost faith in giving anything a chance from TV advertisements... What is this world coming to? I gave them a chance to make it right and they refused, so now I will find every means possible to tell everyone I can not to buy their product.
