PROSEAL ripoff New York

I ordered on the 800 591 8396 number which is now selling 911 comerative coins.

My order was placed in May and my AMEX was charged $27.90 and I have yet to recieve my merchandise. Of course when I contacted AMEX they said the charge could not be disputed as it was over 90 days. I was given the number of 800 716 9658 that number referred me to 800 716 8667 I was on hold then disconnected. I obtained another number of 800 452 4381 was on hold for 24 minutes and then disconnected. Has anyone out there made any progress in getting their money back.
