My husband ordered two android tablets for our children for Christmas. As soon as we made the purchase, my husband felt bad about the order. So he call the company trying to cancel the order, after several phone calls.

We were told we couldn't cancel the order. Instead the customer rep suggested adding another battery because the one that comes with it only holds 30 minutes battery life. We declined because we want to cancel the order, so the rep throw in an two upgrade system to smooth out the erie feelings we were having. Ok one, two no three weeks go by, no tablets. My husband called they give a bogus tracking number. They were fake! Finally after several phone calls and threats, we get them in the mail with a 14 days return policy. They are worst piece of plastic/metal, whatever they are made of. They won't get onto wifi, I can't change the settings, time, date, horrible! I am so unhappy with them and I really don't want my kids to see these tablets. They are so bad I don't feel like selling them on eBay.
