A Prospect Match sales person actively pursued me to sign up for their services after I went to their website.

Their claim to fame was that they have a fantastic system that will be earning me thousands of additional dollars when I use their system.   They told me that they have leads waiting to have their insurance needs fulfilled and that these are clients who actively are looking for insurance.

There is a $149 fee to sign up with them and then each lead costs an additional $18 per lead.

I was told to that the suggested radius around my zip code would provide about 5 - 10 leads per week.  I paid the fee and received two leads of which I was told not to do anything until I received my training.  Their training was a guided tour around their website and I was told to read some pdfs.

The next week I received 20 leads in a 36 hour period.  Which started at 2:00 am.

They then attempted to charge my account an additional $360 for the leads. Thus the total comes to $547 for a bunch of phone numbers.

Every lead was either disconnected, wrong number or the client NEVER requested or was interested in any life insurance.

Apparently none of these individuals were looking for life insurance, they are people who filled out a pop up so they could be entered into some contest.

Prospect Match immediately shut down my account so that I could not request refunds.

They ploy appears to be this.  Get Insurance agents to sign up with them and then quickly supply  bogus leads and then to refuse to refund money.  Apparently they have done this many times (go to BBB and look them up).  DO NOT do business with them.
