Person called and said that I owed $12500 on a defaulted loan.  I never had a loan with Providian nor do I owe them anything.  From all of the scam items i have read online everybody under the sun owes these people.  i just want them to stop calling.  I did tell this rude man that my phone was on the National Do Not Call list and not to call again.
