Prudential Malibu Realty Michael Novotny & Peyman Mehdizadeh MISREPRESENTATION, TERRIBLE ETHICS, BAD SERVICE Malibu California

I have been licensed by the Bureau of Real Estate since 1997. I have never had a complaint or action against me. Please feel free to check with the Bureau.

Ms. Smith was not my Client. She was represented by her own agent. Ms. Smith blames me for the Seller's actions which is very unfortunate.

I strogly disagree with Ms. Smith's report. 

The responder on my ripoff report is Michael Novotny. Michael is Peyman Mehdizadeh's broker. He  is also responsible for the shoddy work of Peyman Mehdizade (ultimately the Broker is responsible for the work of the realtor in the office-no matter what you say) During the 10 months  it took to close the transaction-Michael never stepped in , nor did anything. Michael's response about Peyman Mehdizadeh of Prudential Malibu is simply looking after his own selfish interests. These guys are just dirtbags-unethical and not to be trusted.

As you can tell the Buyer was frustrated by the Seller removing items at the close. 

This was a very difficult transaction. The listing agent did an incredible job getting

this trasaction closed.  Please feel free to check with the Nal Association of Realtors and 

the BRE regarding the reputation and status of the agents and Company involved.  You will find no 

complaints and many years in the business.  Thank you.
