PSA PSA refuses to return my high dollar cards i sent them Newport Beach California

I am a Platunum member.  As a member i recieved 15 free submissions for cards to be graded. I sent my 15 cards to them on the 16th October 2017.  Today is the 9th of November 2017.  I was told it would take 7 work days for them to be graded.  They also supplied three links to follow the processing.  From day one, my cards are in a fixed mode showing they are being worked on.  When asking them about there 7 processing they ignor me.  These cards are valuable and had already been graded by annother company which does not exitst anymore?  The 15 cards i sent PSA were encapsulated and graded, but i asked them to cross over them into PSA holders.   This a pretty common thing to do.

I do think i have given them time to do the cross over, but they will not talk to me, but do say they have my cards.  I am not happy, and hope you can find out why they will not give me my cards back OR talk to me- so far they have refused to do this?  CHUCK 256-xxx-xxxx
