Public Motors ripoff dishonest misleading extended warranty advertisement Santa Ana California

I purchased an auto extended warranty from The Choice at Public Motors Los Angeles on January 16, 2006. The sales associate at Public Motors told me that The Choice is a reliable company and they have a long business relationship with the company.

I checked the BBB website and I noticed that The Choice has unsatisfactory record with the bureau.

I tried to cancel the warranty on the same day (January 16, 2006), but Public Motors refused to cancel the warranty and to refund the money.

They said that they had sent the contract to The Choice and the warranty is not cancelable.

I called The Choice on January 17 and its associate told me that they have not received my warranty contract from Public Motors yet. Also, she said that the warranty is still cancelable.

When I visited Public Motors again, they still claimed that they had sent the contract and the contract is not cancellable.

It is a very frustrating and unpleasant experience dealing with people at Public Motors.
