Public Partnerships, LLC Four Months and still owe me money! Wilkes Barre Pennsylvania

 Have been working in home health care field, under Public Partnerships, for one year now and STILL having problems getting paid.  They owe me $190 from August and now last weeks check was short $90....due to "excess hours". Nevermind that the caseworker had okayed the extra hours on October !st and went through just fine for 2 months...suddenly there is another problem. When is any agency in Pennsylvania going to care that people are working and not getting paid?? I've called everyone and never gotten a response. Did I mention this has been going on for a year, since Public Partnerships has taken over Pennsylvania's home health care??
