Public Partnerships LLC PPL breech of contract Phoenix Arizona

 PPL has neglected to amend the errors they have made in the witholding tax information regarding my son's account, and therefore have made me the victim of their errors. My paychecks have been put on hold , and even held for over a month. When their bookeeping errors were finally amended two weeks ago, I continue to be without a check on pay day. My checking account has incurred so many inssufficient fund fees that it would total a pay check. My auto insurance almost cancelled on me. I am the sole caretaker of my severely handicapped 31 year old son, who is left without food or diapers until I beg family members 2000 mi  away for cash assistance, and PPL has the nerve to record on their answering machine that they are there to empower the clients and thier families. Yes , empower us to take action against them !
