Rate returned to $0.0899 for 1/13

Rate increased to $0.0999 for 2-3/13

Rate increased to $0.1149 for 4/13

Rate increased to $0.1249 for 5/13

Rate increased to $0.1399 for 6-7/13

Distribution utility (Pepco) power rates were $0.0921 through 5/13, and $0.0941 for 6-7/13

Public Power's rates increased without notification, to almost 50% above Pepco's rates, which are generally above other providers.
