Publishers Billing Association; Continued to solicit my father after told to cease and desist (and acknowledged by e-mail) Las Vegas Nevada

Publishers Billing Association had been soliciting my father for various magazines - for some publications - every 4 months - which at 89, he couldn't remember he hadn't just subscribed.

He's been solicited by multiple companies (not sure if they are all affiliated with this one - but they are Global Readers Services, Magazine Billing Network, Magazine Offer Agency, Publishers Billing Agency, Publishers Billing Service, Readers Payment Services). All use the same "Notice of Renewal" form to solicit him.

He is now paid up until 2022 for Civil War Times Illustrated, and various lengths for other magazines. Somehow he has a subscription to Prevention Magazine (why an 89 year old would chose that one I will never know).

I e-mailed Publishers Billing Association back on Dec 22, 2008 and told them to remove him from his list (giving his name and address and a "control number") for any publications. I have acknowledgement that it was "read" and they e-mailed back on January 9th that "my request had been processed".

This past week my dad got another solicitiation from PBA for American Heritage.
