Publishers Clearing House - Cathy Stewart Cruelty and Fraud Should Not Go Unpunished Says Stroke Victim About Cathy Stewart Mt. Pocono Pennsylvania

I received a letter from Cathy Stewart, CEO, Publishers Clearing House today along with a check for $4,789.00 saying I won 3rd prize in a contest run by Martha Stewart Living Magazine. Before I go on.........I am currently recovering from a stroke and confined to bed. I phoned Mrs. Ruth Hastings at 1-888-690-9889 Ext. 1 (which I believe is the only extension). She was not there. So, I phone their stated Internal Revenue Agent, Harvey Armstrong, at 1-514-568-5299......mail box full. So, I did an internet search to track down what cruel and criminal person(s) could do this to someone. Now, here I am filing a report against this supposed company and persons named. I, along, with others have been made to believe they would no longer have to struggle to survive. What has been done to us is clearly illegal and I ask, like myself, hold onto this letter and check and press for legal action to be taken be it a class action suit or not. Be smart and savy and don't let companies or people like this turn you into a VICTIM. Instead.....let's all be ADVOCATES AGAINST CRIMINALS AND FRAUD!
