On September 17 2016 i was informed by publishers clearing house that i has won $10,000 dollar prize. The same day they emailed me a letter saying they made an error and someone else from San Jose won it. and they were sorry it had happen.Pch said they would give me an oppertunity to get 5 entrys into another offer. which i never saw them give me that other offer. Im 62 years old impaired and pch telling me i won $10,000 made my day cause i was going to pay off all of my debts.I was truely dissappointed that i didnt win this and since they told me i didnt they lost me forever. to me this is cheating me out of an oppertunity to pay my debts.It just not fair. i want to get in on the class action if i can find it. and hope we win and teach pch to stop cheating it customers all the time. you never win money from this company its not real.i have no faith in them anymore
