Publishers clearing house PCH Someone pretended to be Danielle then I was 3rd party signed up for magazines I didn't want Harlan IA

 I was approached on twitter by someone who pretended to be Danielle from PCH who was messaging me on there constantly and text messaged me. I reported the incident to the PCH fraud report center and blocked her. Suddenly I started to receive magazines in the mail with my name on them. I got a bill on may 7,2016 Saturday stating I owed them $71.92 . I called the 800 number on the people subscription of it and it said it was set up by a third person party and gave me another 800 number to call. When I called it, it was Publishers Clearing house. I don't have any way of paying them. They have called numerous times asking me time sign up for this and that then asked for a credit card number and when I told them I don't have one and that
