Publishers Clearing House PCH This company refuses to acknowlede returned items or damaged merchandise. Port Washingtn New York

Recieved an entertainment center which had been on back-order for a very long time. Upon opening the package found it was an entertainment center I had ordered but forgot about due to the length of time they had it on back order. It did not work and had no power supply and was inoperable. The item was taped up and returned at the Ormond Beach Pot office, Florida on July 18, 2015. As with other items returned to them in the past, the post office just accepted the package, scanned the label and tosed it on a table/bin behind him. I even had a witnes sign a paper, (as this was the post office where he recieved hi mail, and he was with me when I took the package inside). The postman did not offer a receipt and none ever has. I am still getting bills from PCH over this entertainment center even though it was most definitely returned!!!! I have even filed a complaint with that post office branch and heard nothing back except continious letters from PCH. I feel they did get the item back but becaue it wa damaged they are determined to collect for the worthless merchandise. They ay they have no record of the item being returned but it wa returned. I do not reccomend ordering anything from them a they do want to acknowledge they have recieved anything and thi was a fairly pricey piece of junk. BEWARE! BEWARE! BEWARE!
