I was exploited by Pulte Homes of Texas. Don't buy a Pulte home and don't buy out in Dripping Springs-Highpointe. Josh Hilscher, Tamara Crane and the sales staff cannot be trusted. They are using people to get this subdivision off the ground.

Buyer Beware! Don't let them hide behind the JD Power Award. Business Ethics, Exploitation, Fraud what is the award for that?

Basically Pulte Homes is a company that has no regard for customer satisfaction, despite their hypocritical statements to the contrary. There are far too many people doing too few things at the company, creating miscommunication and lack of accountability. And management is incompetent with lack of understanding (or disregard) of Real Estate law and ability to relate to the customer.
